Think of a Reiki session like plugging your phone into a high-speed charger. It is an hour of pure, deep rest. While you lie back and relax, Reiki helps clear the "static" from your nervous system, reminding your body how to shift from stress into healing.

  • The Experience: You receive. You rest. You let the energy do the heavy lifting to bring you back to baseline.

Meditation: The Toolkit

If Reiki is the charger, Meditation is learning how to manage your battery life. It’s a practice that gives you the "user manual" for your own mind. Through guided sessions, I teach you how to navigate the internal noise so you can find that calm center.

  • The Experience: You participate. You learn. You walk away with a tangible skill you can use anywhere, anytime.

How it
Works

It all starts with a Zoom call to discuss your goals, and explore whether my process can be of service for you.   We'll discuss your prior experiences in Reiki and/or meditation if any, and I'll answer all of your questions.   Afterwards, if there is alignment between your goals and what I can offer to your journey, we can book a session for you in your home, or remotely via Zoom.

Simple, the call is no charge, and no pressure of any kind.  It has to work for you to work at all.   :)

Rob Cosh is a Reiki practitioner/teacher in Arnprior, ON who guides inner practices for individuals and groups from the intersection of

He has attained his master/teacher designation in 2 systems of Reiki -

Usui Reiki Ryoho, and Holy Fire 3, and has studied with acclaimed Reiki authors Frans Stiene and Bronwen Logan.   He has completed the Inner Journey Facilitator Training program,  and many more meditation/reiki/sound healing  

workshops and seminars.
